Reservations

We respectfully remind guests that a reservation constitutes a contract between themselves and Bowfield Hotel and Country Club Ltd. All reservations are subject to availability.

Cancellation

Any reservation cancelled within 28 days of the date of arrival is liable to be charged at 50%% of the quoted rate for each night booked. Cancellation within 14 days of the date of arrival is liable to be charged at 75%% of the quoted rate for each night booked and cancellation within 7 days of the date of arrival is liable to be charged at 100%% of the quoted rate for each night booked. Bowfield Hotel and Country Club Ltd. reserves the right to cancel any bookings at any time without any liability, save the return of all payments received.

Insurance

Bowfield Hotel and Country Club Ltd recommends that guests obtain holiday insurance to protect against cancellation.

Prices

All prices quoted are per person (unless otherwise stated) and include VAT at 17.5%%. Bowfield Hotel and Country Club Ltd. reserves the right to alter prices at any time. Promotional and other discounts may not be aggregated.

Deposit

A deposit of £25 per person, per night is required to confirm booking. Special terms apply on packages and exclusive use.

Payment

All major credit cards are accepted. Personal cheques are accepted subject to approval.
